We run what we sell
Our own systems use the same Huntress, Axcient and EasyDMARC stack our clients do, with multi-factor authentication on every tool and portal we use. If it isn't good enough for us, we don't sell it.
A short list of tools
We don't sell a catalogue. Each product was chosen because we've run it across our client base for years, it does one job well, and its vendor picks up the phone. Fewer tools means fewer gaps.
Canadian by default
We operate only in Canada. Backup storage is hosted in Canada, and when a service routes data through the United States we say so plainly, so you can decide.
No shared admin passwords
We manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace through delegated partner access, so access can be audited and withdrawn without anyone changing a password.

We explain what's wrong, what it costs to fix and what happens if you wait. Then you decide. Our rates and our Master Services Agreement are published.
Insured
We carry technology errors and omissions, cyber liability and commercial general liability insurance. A certificate is available to clients on request.
We say no when we should
We review every new client before anything is quoted. If your firm would be better served by someone else, we'll tell you.
Hours and coverage
Support hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday, excluding BC statutory holidays. Huntress's security operations centre watches client systems around the clock, and after-hours help is available by phone.

Remote services anywhere in Canada. Onsite work in the Burnaby to Abbotsford area of British Columbia.
