Stop criminals sending email as your firm
Payment-redirect fraud often starts with an email that looks like it came from you. Protect Domain sets up SPF, DKIM and DMARC through EasyDMARC and moves your domain to enforcement in planned steps, without breaking the services that legitimately send for you.
On most cyber insurance applicationsHave you implemented DMARC on your email domains?
What's included
- A full sender inventory. DMARC reports show every service sending as your domain: your mail platform, your accounting software, your newsletter tool, and anything that shouldn't be there.
- SPF that stays valid. Kept under the 10-lookup limit that quietly breaks so many records.
- DKIM signing for your mail platform and the services that support it.
- Planned enforcement. From monitoring, to quarantine, to reject, once every legitimate sender is aligned.
- Ongoing review. We watch the reports and act when a new sender appears.
See where you stand
Our free email domain check reads your public DNS records and tells you in a few seconds whether your domain can be spoofed today.
What it doesn't cover
- Spam and phishing arriving in your own inbox. DMARC protects other people from fake mail using your name; inbound filtering is separate.
- Changes to third-party services that require their own admin access, if you can't give it to us.
Questions
Will DMARC stop our own email from being delivered?
Done carelessly, it can. That is why we start in monitoring mode, find every legitimate sender, fix their alignment, and only then move to quarantine and reject.
We have domains we don't send email from. Do they need this?
Yes, and they are easy. A parked domain with no protection is an open invitation to spoof your firm's name. Those records are set to reject from day one.
How long does it take to reach enforcement?
It depends on how many services send as your domain. Simple setups move quickly; firms with several cloud tools take longer. We set the pace from the reports, not the calendar.
