Free email domain check
Find out in a few seconds whether someone could send email that looks like it came from your firm. We read your public DNS records and explain the results in plain language.
What the check looks at
Nothing is stored. The check reads the same public records any mail server reads.
SPF
The list of servers allowed to send email for your domain, and whether it stays under the 10-lookup limit that breaks many records.
DKIM
Signing keys that let receivers verify a message really came from you and wasn't changed on the way.
DMARC
Your instruction to the world about mail that fails SPF and DKIM: report it, junk it, or reject it. Only quarantine and reject actually stop spoofing.
DNSSEC
Signatures on your DNS answers, so nobody can quietly substitute their own.
CAA
An optional record that limits which certificate authorities may issue certificates for your domain.
Mail provider
Who handles your incoming mail, which tells us how DKIM should be set up.
Want it fixed, not just checked?
Protect Domain moves your domain to full DMARC enforcement without breaking legitimate mail.
